IS3 – integración de sistemas sanitarios y sociales
Proyecto que tiene como objetivo facilitar la interoperabilidad y la integración entre los diferentes sistemas de información de los proveedores de salud y servicios sociales favoreciendo la continuidad asistencial y la gestión integrada de procesos asistenciales y sociales centrados en el ciudadano y adaptados a la realidad de cada uno de los territorios para ponerse al servicio de los profesionales.
